Now I can buy stuff I could already obtain easily before, yay.
Got the day off anyway, which is good. We have work day tomorrow also, so that's pretty much another day of nothing.
Last Friday, Angus, Sandy, Jordan, Hamish and I went to town. We caught the train in with Tim who was gigging that night at Zeal. We needed to buy some stuff from Cosmic Corner so we went there and talked to Woody for a while. AJ was having a feed and taking his time so Hamish went ahead and tried to buy some shit without I.D. Woody didn't ask so all was good. We got 23g of some random herb for $10 and got some Salvia too. I bought a torch lighter than ran out just 2 days later, which was a shame.
On foot we set out for Frank Kitts Park but stopped short and decided to sit in the rock garden. After that we went to Shell by the train station and met up with Futter and Brody. They brought a 5l keg of Heineken which Brody kept squirting on the ground.
We attempted to mission it to the path above the Terrace tunnel but we walked up a bridge and we were about 200m away from it. Lulz were had then we set off again.
Some impromptu parkour was agenda and a few of us jumped off and up shit on the way there.
Once we got there, we found other people sitting down on the path. We walked by and exchanged friendly greetings with them and then sat down on the concrete ledge. Everyone else was losing their testicles sitting on it, thinking they were gonna fall. So we sat on the hill and chilled out there for a while.
Cranked some Salvia while some other guys, who looked like they were in their mid 20s were sitting just off to the side from us, indulging in some illegal herb.
After that we headed back down and went past Zeal. The others went to see If there were any free sasauges while Hamish and I went to KFC. We got food and then headed back to the Train Station. I pretty much fell asleep on the train and then when we got off I bought 2 snicker bars and munched on them. Got home and slept.
Next day was pretty uneventful, Dur hur.
Yesterday however, Sascha asked If I was interested in playing Pantera covers, I agreed and Angus was keen too. So now we're doing that. Learning 2 songs at the moment. Mouth For War and The Art Of Shredding, both are easy I just gotta work on my pick skills again, as I haven't played with one for ages.
